The application must be signed, completed and sent to Football NSW with the following information attached to the application form:
What are your greatest achievements in Football to date?
How will the scholarship effect your development as a player?
How will the funds be used?
Why are you a suitable candidate for this scholarship?
Applications must be received by Football NSW by no later than Friday 30th July 2010. The successful applicants will be notified by mail and listed on the Football NSW web site (www.footballnsw.com.au) by Monday 9th August 2010.
