24-Jan-10 Important Notice for all 2010 Coaches and Managers
A new requirement from MWFA for Season 2010 is that photo id will be required for all Coaches and Managers. Therefore, all season 2010 C&Ms will be required to submit a photo of themselves in jpg format and email to catecogan@optusnet.com.au together with your name, DoB, contact phone number/s, and team/s details.
In addition, all C&Ms will be required to complete the following two forms, which are available in the BTH Library:
1) Prohibited Employment Declaration 2) MWFA Code of Conduct. These documents should be delivered to the registration desk on one of the three registration dates - details of registration dates are on the BTH Registration Brochure which can be found at the left hand menu bar at "Registration 2010"
