Raffle is open from time each team manager receives the raffle tickets until prizes are drawn on 31st August 2019
This raffle is conducted by Belrose Terrey Hills Raiders Soccer club
Entry to the raffle means acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The raffle is open to all members of the public including committee members of Belrose Terrey Hills Raiders.
To enter, an Eligible Entrant must, legally purchase a $5.00 raffle ticket
PRIZE DRAW
The draw for all prizes will take place at Terrey Hills Primary school, Presentation Day August 31st 2019. Draws are to be done under the supervision of one or more committee Member/s.
WINNERS
Each winner will be notified by telephone and/ or email if they are not present at the draw on the day by a committee Member of BTH Raiders.
If a winner fails to claim their prize in accordance with these conditions, then the winner will immediately forfeit any right to the prize and the club may distribute the unclaimed prize at its absolute discretion to any third party.
. PRIZES GENERALLY Each prize is valued as at 23/07/2019 and the club takes no responsibility for any variations in value of a prize.
If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason, the club will, in its absolute discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of no lesser retail value and/or specification.
The club accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner of their prize
A right to receive a prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as a monetary payment. Multiple prizes are permitted per Eligible Entrant.
GENERAL
If for any reason the conduct or operation of the raffle is interfered with or disrupted in any way by a cause outside the reasonable control of the club (including by inclement weather, vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, tampering), the club reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the raffle.
All of the club’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each winner consents to the Club using their name, image (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in any media at any time or times without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this raffle. Winners under the age of sixteen (16) years will require consent by a parent or guardian for use of their name, image for the purpose of Promoting this raffle.
We collect all personal information for the purposes of your entry into the raffle, and to contact you should you win a prize.
