The BTH Coaches and Managers info session will be held between 11am - 1pm on Saturday 20 June at Club Belrose. Please diarise this date.
It's important that all Coaches and Managers attend to hear what is expected during the belated 2020 season and to understand what obligations they have to their teams (i.e. icomp, contacts, forfeits, wash out etc.) in addition to any updated social distancing rules.
There will also be the opportunity to pick up the playing shirts, receive a print out of updated guidelines for match days and for us to answer any questions.
Playing Socks and Shorts will also be available for collection or purchase between 11am - 1pm by parents and players. PLEASE BRING CARD ONLY. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
The session is yet to be confirmed but may look something like this:
SESSION 1 All Competition Teams (U12+) 11:00am - 12:00pm SESSION 2 All non-competition teams (U6 - U11) 12:00pm - 1.00pm
Each session may be split into 2 or 3 groups to facilitate social distancing rules. For now could all our BTH Coaches and Managers please keep the day available and details will be advised closer to the time.
