For all members born in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014, please read the following.
Players can try out for the mixed development squads with MUFC or with MWFA and still play regular soccer with the BTH Raiders at weekends.
Running from February to September the U6/U7 focuses on developing younger players ability with the ball at their feet. The sessions strive to encourage comfort on the ball in a fun football environment to ensure players are developing their love for the game as well as developing their football ability at the same time.
The U8s takes this to the next level with more ball manipulation and an introduction to the four core skills. The U8s program is designed to prepare players for the Skill Acquisition Phase and giving them a technical base that will allow them to continue to develop in realistic football situations.
Players must register for an MWFA Club prior to the commencement of the first trial to be eligible and then must remain registered with that club for the 2020 season to accept their place in the Development Squad should they be selected.
